The Ultimate Provider

Devotional
Sometimes we focus so intently on what we need that we miss WHO we need. We can become fixated on the provision rather than the Provider. God wants to be more than just a divine vending machine meeting our needs; He wants to be our everything. When we understand that He is the ultimate provision - not just the provider of things we want - our perspective shifts. Our greatest need has already been met through Jesus Christ. Everything else is secondary to the incredible gift of relationship with Him.

Bible Verse
"Then Abraham looked up and saw a ram caught by its horns in a thicket. So he took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering in place of his son." - Genesis 22:13

Reflection Question
How might your relationship with God change if you focused more on knowing Him as the Provider rather than just seeking His provision?

Father, thank You for being more than just a provider of things - You are the provision itself. Help me to seek You first, knowing that everything else will follow in Your perfect timing. Amen.
