Without Vision [Who's Got A Plan?] Devotions - Day 3

The Power of Persistent Prayer

Devotional
Prayer isn't just a religious routine - it's our lifeline to discovering God's vision. Like a persistent friend knocking at midnight, we're encouraged to keep seeking, asking, and knocking. This isn't because God is reluctant to answer, but because the process of persistent prayer shapes our hearts and aligns our desires with His vision. When we commit to regular, earnest prayer, we position ourselves to receive God's guidance and understand His plans. The key isn't in the eloquence of our words but in the consistency of our connection with Him.

Bible Verse
"Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened." - Matthew 7:7-8

Reflection Question
What specific aspects of God's vision for your life do you need to consistently bring before Him in prayer?

Quote
"God's good plan for you to bring Him glory with your life will come to pass when you pray and you seek Him."

Prayer
Father, teach me to be persistent in prayer. Help me develop a consistent prayer life that keeps me connected to Your heart and Your vision. Thank You for Your promise to hear and answer when I seek You. Amen.
