Without Vision [Enduring The Journey] Devotions Day 2

Finding Your True North

Devotional
In today's world of endless distractions and competing voices, having clear direction is more important than ever. Think about hiking in unfamiliar territory – without a compass or map, it's easy to get lost. Similarly, in life, without divine guidance, we can find ourselves wandering off course. God's wisdom serves as our spiritual compass, pointing us toward paths that lead to life and peace. When we seek His guidance, we gain clarity about our decisions, relationships, and priorities. This isn't about following a set of rigid rules; it's about developing a heart that naturally gravitates toward God's will. Joy comes not from doing whatever we want, but from aligning our lives with God's perfect plan. His guidance isn't meant to restrict us – it's meant to protect and direct us toward our best possible life.

Bible Verse
"When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild, but whoever obeys the law is joyful." - Proverbs 29:18

Reflection Question
In what areas of your life do you most need God's guidance right now, and how can you actively seek His direction?

Quote
Having vision helps us endure the journey. Having God's vision helps you endure the journey.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for being my guide. Help me to recognize Your voice and follow Your direction. Give me the courage to trust Your leading, even when the path ahead seems unclear. Amen.
