Living a spiritually fit life isn't about relying on our own wisdom or strength. Instead, it's about surrendering to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Think of the Holy Spirit as your personal spiritual trainer - always present, ready to guide, teach, and remind you of God's truth. When we try to navigate life's challenges on our own, we often find ourselves stumbling and making mistakes. But when we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us, we gain access to divine wisdom and strength that surpasses our human capabilities. This guidance isn't just for big life decisions; it's for every moment of every day. The Holy Spirit wants to help us in our relationships, school decisions, work decisions, and daily choices.
