Famous Last Words [Jesus Can Still Save You] Devotions Day 3

From Death to Life

Devotional
Just as God breathed life into the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel's vision, He continues to bring spiritual life to those who seem spiritually dead. No situation is too desperate, no heart too hardened for God's transforming power. He specializes in bringing hope to hopeless situations and life to dead places. His Spirit can revive our dried-up dreams, restore broken relationships, and renew our passion for following Him. When we feel spiritually dry or distant, God's life-giving power can restore us.

Bible Verse
"This is what the Sovereign Lord says: 'Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again! I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.'" - Ezekiel 37:5-6

Reflection Question
What areas of your life feel spiritually dry or dead? How can you invite God's reviving power into these situations?

Quote
The question was not whether God could raise them to new life, but whether He would do such a miracle.

Prayer
God, breathe new life into the dry and dead areas of my life. Revive my spirit, restore my joy, and renew my passion for following You. Help me trust in Your power to bring life where there seems to be only death. Amen.
