The Love Behind the Refining

Devotional
God's refining process in our lives isn't a punishment or a sign of His anger. Rather, it's one of the clearest expressions of His love for us. Like a parent who corrects their child to help them grow, God refines us because He wants the very best for us. He sees our potential and knows what we can become when we allow Him to remove the impurities that hold us back. His refinement is always purposeful, always loving, and always for our benefit.

Bible Verse
And what union can there be between God’s temple and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God said: “I will live in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people. - 2 Corinthians 6:16
