Understanding True Faith

What does real faith look like? Sometimes we think it means never having doubts or questions. But true faith is much simpler - it's believing in God's character and trusting that He is who He says He is. Just like a child trusts their parent will catch them when they jump, faith is about trusting God's nature, even when we can't see the outcome. This kind of faith isn't about having everything figured out. It's about taking that first step of trust, knowing that God is trustworthy.

Bible Verse
Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see. Through their faith, the people in days of old earned a good reputation. - Hebrews 11:1-2

What area of your life is God asking you to trust Him with today, even though you can't see the full picture?

Prayer
Lord, help me understand that true faith is about trusting Your character. When I struggle to see the way forward, remind me of Your faithfulness. Strengthen my confidence in who You are. Amen.
