Life can feel overwhelming at times, like we're facing storms that threaten to consume us. In these moments, God offers Himself as our shelter - not from a distance, but right beside us. He doesn't merely observe our struggles from afar; He stands with us in them. This intimate presence is available to us right now, not just as a future promise. When we feel alone in our battles, we can remember that God is our present help, our immediate shelter.
