The Power of Turning to Jesus

Devotional
When facing life's storms, our natural instinct might be to exhaust all other options before turning to God. Yet the disciples, despite their fear and doubt, made the crucial decision to wake Jesus. Even in their panic, they knew where to find help. This reminds us that Jesus doesn't require perfect faith - He meets us in our mess, doubts and all. He's not put off by our questions or fears; instead, He invites us to bring them to Him.

Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know. - Jeremiah 33:3

Reflection Question
What keeps you from turning to Jesus first in times of trouble? How might your response to challenges change if you made Him your first resort rather than your last?
