The Power Comes From Being With Him

In Acts 4, Peter and John stood before the most powerful religious leaders of their day. These were ordinary men; fishermen with no formal training. And yet the council was stunned. They could not explain the boldness in front of them. What gave it away? They recognized them as men who had been with Jesus. That is where the power came from. Not from a degree. Not from a perfectly crafted argument. It came from time spent with Jesus. It came from actually knowing Him. This is an important reminder. Sharing your faith is not just about having the right words. It is about having a real, ongoing relationship with the One you are talking about. When you spend time with Jesus, something changes in you. It shows up in how you speak, how you carry yourself, and how you love people around you. You cannot give away what you do not have. But when you are genuinely connected to Him, your testimony carries a weight that no amount of preparation can manufacture. So before you worry about what to say, focus on who you are spending time with. Read His Word. Pray honestly. Stay close to Him. The boldness you need will follow naturally from the relationship you are building. Be someone who has clearly been with Jesus. That alone will speak volumes.
